Profile Settings

Update Your Profile

  1. Click your name/avatar in the top header
  2. Select "Profile" or "My Account"
  3. Update personal information:
    • Name: First and last name
    • Email: Your email address
    • Phone: Contact number
    • Photo: Upload profile picture
  4. Click "Save Changes"

Notification Preferences

  1. Go to "Profile""Notifications"
  2. Toggle notification types:
    • Email notifications
    • SMS notifications
    • In-app notifications
  3. Click "Save Preferences"

Security Settings

Change Password

  1. Go to "Profile""Security"
  2. Enter current password
  3. Enter new password
  4. Confirm new password
  5. Click "Update Password"

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

  1. Go to "Profile""Security"
  2. Click "Enable 2FA"
  3. Scan QR code with authenticator app
  4. Enter verification code
  5. Save backup codes securely

Important: Save your backup codes in a secure location. You'll need them if you lose access to your authenticator app.

Session Management

  • View active sessions
  • Log out from other devices
  • See login history

General Settings

  1. Go to "Settings" in the sidebar
  2. Select "Organization" tab
  3. Configure:
    • Organization Name
    • Subdomain
    • Logo
    • Address & Contact Info

Regional Settings

  • Timezone: Your local timezone
  • Currency: USD, CAD, etc.
  • Date Format: MM/DD/YYYY or DD/MM/YYYY

Payment Settings

  • Connect Stripe account
  • Configure late fees
  • Set grace periods
  • Enable/disable payment methods

Lease Settings

  • Default lease terms
  • Renewal reminder timing
  • Required documents

Connect Integration

  1. Go to "Settings""Integrations"
  2. Find the integration you want
  3. Click "Connect"
  4. Authorize the connection
  5. Configure sync options
