Profile Settings
Update Your Profile
- Click your name/avatar in the top header
- Select "Profile" or "My Account"
- Update personal information:
- Name: First and last name
- Email: Your email address
- Phone: Contact number
- Photo: Upload profile picture
- Click "Save Changes"
Notification Preferences
- Go to "Profile" → "Notifications"
- Toggle notification types:
- Email notifications
- SMS notifications
- In-app notifications
- Click "Save Preferences"
Security Settings
Change Password
- Go to "Profile" → "Security"
- Enter current password
- Enter new password
- Confirm new password
- Click "Update Password"
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
- Go to "Profile" → "Security"
- Click "Enable 2FA"
- Scan QR code with authenticator app
- Enter verification code
- Save backup codes securely
Important: Save your backup codes in a secure location. You'll need them if you lose access to your authenticator app.
Session Management
- View active sessions
- Log out from other devices
- See login history
Organization Settings
(Admin only)
General Settings
- Go to "Settings" in the sidebar
- Select "Organization" tab
- Configure:
- Organization Name
- Subdomain
- Logo
- Address & Contact Info
Regional Settings
- Timezone: Your local timezone
- Currency: USD, CAD, etc.
- Date Format: MM/DD/YYYY or DD/MM/YYYY
Payment Settings
- Connect Stripe account
- Configure late fees
- Set grace periods
- Enable/disable payment methods
Lease Settings
- Default lease terms
- Renewal reminder timing
- Required documents
Integrations
Available Integrations

Connect Integration
- Go to "Settings" → "Integrations"
- Find the integration you want
- Click "Connect"
- Authorize the connection
- Configure sync options
