Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Tennex ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Tennex provides an online property management platform that enables users to manage rental properties, HOA communities, handle payments, maintenance requests, and other property management functions ("Service"). You are responsible for providing your own internet access and equipment necessary to use the Service.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• Upload, post, or transmit any material that contains viruses or any other computer code designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any software or hardware
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law

5. Subscription and Payment

Some features of the Service may be provided for a fee. You agree to pay all fees charged to your account. We reserve the right to change our pricing upon 30 days notice. Continued use of the Service after price changes constitutes your agreement to pay the changed amount.

6. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tennex and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Tennex, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tennex and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
